Good Evening Paul and Wendy,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank both of you for a highly professional way that we were treated and the way the Radio Operators course were presented by the two of you. The knowledge and experience that the two of you have shared with us as your students is of the highest quality. The patients and time spend with each and every student on the course is much appreciated. I personally think there is not many people in the country that has got the experience and knowledge that the two of you have. Your exams and radio rooms is set up very professionally and of a high standard.
I would recommend you people too everyone and anyone that are in need of a radio or skippers course. I was recommended by a very good friend of mine (Craig Morris) from Durban and for me to travel from Nelspruit to Durban to do the course was definitely money and time well spend. The knowledge gain by doing the course through you will most definitely be to my advantage in future.
I was also assured by Paul that should I need any refreshment on any part of the course in future and/or need any information their service will always be available.

Just a note to express my sincere appreciation for the quality skippers’ course you guys gave my son Tristan, he cannot stop talking about how awesome it was, and how passionate you guys are to ensure your students become excellent skippers. I did my skippers in 1994, however I think our boat is now going to be managed differently with Tristan ........ Lol.

I just finished the 5-day course with Paul, Wendy and Gordon from Dawson’s Skipper Training. The in-depth training left me with a sense of confidence one would need to enter the world of open ocean boating and introduced me to a whole new depth to navigate our coastal waters in a safe manner. The amazing experience is made even better with the Dawson’s crew as they are all awesome people that make the learning process a breeze (pun intended). They are highly recommended by fellow watercraft enthusiasts and after going through the course myself, I can now attest to that. Non-swimmers, young and old, fat and thin (lol), they will help you achieve your boating goals.

Paul and Wends,
Merely a quick thank you for a fantastic course you offered us last week – I can categorically say that it has changed our lives and are already experiencing the benefits of the course. To date, within the first 24 hours of receiving the ticket – we completed 2 hours on Friday afternoon (the entire family) and went out fishing on Saturday morning (a further 9 hours on Sat) and caught a 30kg Yellow fin Tuna off Umhlanga, approximately 500m out (under a pod of dolphins – I will send you the video – It’s awesome – well we think so anyway). We are following the protocols down to the letter, and are having so much fun already – it really has been a life changing experience.
We can’t wait for good weather again (Is it a YES/No or Maybe day) to get back out – thank you once again.

Hi Paul and Wendy,
Just a quick note to thank you both and Gordon for the great skippers course last week. I was really impressed by how organised the course was from start to finish as well as how patient each of you were in getting everyone through the course. Patience isn't just for surf launches! Living up to that slide you put up on the first day, you never really told us anything. Instead, you showed us and involved us which, of course, leads to remembering and learning. I feel thoroughly prepared to face just about anything out there now, even Yamaha two-strokes.

Morning Wendy,
I just wanted to say thank you to Paul, You and Gordon for your excellent skippers course. I really learnt a lot, especially in the theory side of boating and the rules of the road.
Thank you Paul for your enthusiasm on the boat and giving us a go on your precious ''Alice". I will look out for you if we launch at Vetches in the future. Yes! Unfortunately I do like fishing. Also thanks to Gordon. If he was any-more laid back his heart would stop beating. Keep up the excellent course. I will recommend it to anyone!
If the NSRI have to pull me out of the drink (Touch wood they don't) I promise I won't tell them I went on a Paul Dawson course.
